According to this Gamespot report, Australians wont be able to simply download and play the MGO beta this week - as Europeans can - and will have to fill in a form and wait to see if theyre accepted to test the game. Apparently a form will go live on the official MGO site on Thursday

Dear Konami: sort it out. The delivery of MGO update, Gene Expansion, has ended in yet another online calamity, with users paying for content and not receiving it, and the closure of Konamis MGO servers due to demand. Theres more on Kotaku. Maybe, we dunno, buy some more servers
