Yoshis greatest spinoffs

I wish I could remember what magazine it was, but back in the day, some reviewer trashed this game. They didn’t like it at all, and I got really worried about the quality of the project. When Yoshi’s Island finally hit store shelves, I picked it up, played the hell out of it…and had no idea how the reviewer could have hated it so much! Today, Yoshi’s Island is considered one of the best SNES games ever. Man…I wish I could remember who did that review!

Nintendo interview - Wario Land DS could happen with fan response, Good Feel may be bringing other classic franchises to Wii

C3: Now Wario Land has shown that 2D platform games work very well on Wii, will Good Feel be looking to work with Nintendo again to bring the likes of Yoshi’s Island, Donkey Kong Country or other 2D Nintendo favourites to Wii in the future?

Nintendo: We are always looking into continuing the development of our popular franchises, so my advice would be to wait and see!

C3: Whilst still a good game, many long term fans will agree that Wario: Master of Disguise was just not the Wario Land game they were looking for. With this Wii version completed now, can gamers expect to see the money-loving fiend again in ‘Wario Land DS’?

Nintendo: “Wario Land DS” - oh I just want to develop it! Maybe, if many of your readers’ opinions are gathered and sent to us, it might be an idea that will be realised in the not too distant future. Everyone, do you want to play “Wario Land DS”?

Not only is this DS Lite case gorgeous, it makes me wish that Bandai-Namco would make a Pac-Man game with this sort of visual approach. Sort of like Yoshi’s Story, but a little more extreme.

How to Unlock All Chars for Mario Super Sluggers

Are you enjoying Mario Super Sluggers but wish you could unlock more characters? This guide shows you how to unlock them all and you’ll be all set in no time. Here’s a sneak peak:

1. Baby Daisy
To unlock Baby Daisy, you need to have Wario use his magnet to pull out the baby rattle from the fountain at Peach Garden. After this, use Yoshi and go through the manhole cover on the left side of the garden, where you will find a crying baby. The baby is, of course, Baby Daisy! Finally, give her the rattle. She will then be unlocked.

2. Baby DK
To unlock Baby DK, you need to use Yoshi’s power at the DK Jungle stage to free Baby DK from the palm tree. He will then be unlocked. Alternatively, you can defeat DK’s team to unlock Baby DK.
