Those of you that guessed the Tokyo Game Show would be the setting for the newest Bungie announcement (i.e. everybody) can now officially perform the “I told you so” dance. Revealed during the Microsoft Keynote were the official details about a brand new Halo 3 campaign experience called “Halo 3 Recon”. The video, featuring an ODST Marine, is now available for download at Bungie.net. Along with the video is the mention that they will “have more to say later”. Damn, Fall 2009 is far away. Hopefully the more to say will include pushing that date up by a year. To the delight of devoted fans across the world, at the Tokyo Game Show Microsoft debuted Halo 3: Recon, developed exclusively for Xbox 360 by acclaimed developer Bungie.
